Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Minimum 3 years of experience working with business-critical HR IT systems - SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS - preferred) or a comparable Learning Management System, At least 3 years of experience analyzing and translating business or functional requirements, Strong functional and technical understanding of IT systems, Experience in provider and SLA management, Practical knowledge of monitoring interfaces and automated processes, SAP technology knowledge, Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite, Good understanding of HR processes, Experience with service management and change management, Excellent English (spoken and written), German language skills will be an advantage, Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style, Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment, Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset, Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset, Strong time management and organizational skills, Team player with flexibility and adaptability, Willingness to travel occasionally
