Daily Tasks:

• Provide 1st line IT support through direct interaction with users
• Manage, maintain, and optimise the ticketing system to ensure efficiency and clarity
• Conduct user onboarding and deliver IT training sessions
• Actively collaborate with the IT team and other business functions
• Handle selected 2nd line support issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Identify root causes of recurring incidents and propose long-term solutions
• Support continuous improvement of internal IT processes and documentation
