You'll be the bridge between client needs and technical solutions, turning complex healthcare challenges into clear product roadmaps.Picture this: A startup founder comes to you with a vision for improving patient monitoring. Your job is to understand their world – the clinical workflows, the regulatory constraints, the user pain points – and then work with our team to design a solution that's both technically feasible and commercially viable.You'll spend your days talking to healthcare professionals, leading workshops where you dig deep into their challenges, and then translating what you learn into clear technical requirements that our developers can actually build. This practical exercise is designed to let you showcase your skills and approach to problem-solving in a real-world scenario.Interview with BA Lead and/or Head of Growth (60-90 min): Successful candidates will be invited to meet with your potential manager(s). This is a deeper dive into your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a chance for you to learn more about the specifics of the role and the team.Meeting with the CEO (15 min): If you successfully pass the previous stages, we will invite you to meet with our CEO.
