Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the banking or financial services domain., Strong understanding of Cash account management, Nostro / Loro accounts, Account position keeping, and interest computation., Experience with functional specification writing, data modeling, and business process definition., Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal., Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration in international environments., Experience with Treasury or Back-Office Operations systems., Knowledge of accounting flows and cash reconciliation processes., Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)., Understanding of APIs, batch processes, and database concepts., Experience with microservice architecture and real-time data pipelines.
