The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and expertise in eliciting and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements. A key focus will be on translating business needs into effective development tasks, contributing to IT solutions design, and resolving business-related questions during the software development lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will undertake essential tasks related to IT analysis for mortgage solutions, including: Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into development tasks/stories. Contribute to the design of IT solutions. Resolve business questions and problems during the software design and development phases. Key Requirements:The successful candidate must have: Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using data and process modeling. Strong understanding of business needs translation into development tasks. Ability to contribute to IT solution design. Problem-solving skills during software design and development. Nice to Have:Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage: Experience in the mortgage industry. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
