Your responsibilities:

• Adhere to PR/R Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for problem cases issued via problem solver, utilize structured problem solving tools and methodologies
• Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues and facilitate continuous improvement
• Support flawless launch activities within the plant and SDE to SQE part responsibility transition
• Function as liaison between supply management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support
• Participate in all applicable plant teams (e.g. change boards, continuous improvement)
• Perform supplier manufacturing capability assessments as appropriate, develop action plan to close gaps
• Support the supplier change management process
• Lead annual audits for designated suppliers

Our requirements:

• Engineering Degree
• Min 2 years experiences in Automotive Mfg/Supplier Quality position
• Fluent English
• Analytical / problem solving /organizational & communication skills.
• Strong supplier and internal relationships and willingness to work diligently to build and sustain
• Integrity, tenacity and demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and problems
• Strong facilitation, teaching, and coaching skills

An additional advantage will be knowledge of electronic issues such as:

• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Basic knowledge of electrical measurement methods
• Reading electronic diagrams
• Interpretation of application diagrams of electronic components
