Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in data analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, information systems, or a related field, Good English communication skills (B2+), Polish language is a plus, Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and analytical thinking, Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), Basic knowledge of SQL and working with structured datasets, Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis), Understanding of data quality, data consistency, and validation concepts, Curiosity and ability to explore data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Independence and strong willingness to learn, As an intern, you’re not expected to be an expert. What is really important is your will and ability to expand your skills during the internship and contribute actively to the company., Any academic, personal, or internship experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards is considered an asset, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
