At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA/IPA, including process analysis, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions., Hands-on experience with RPA and automation tools (VBA, SAP scripting, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint)., Familiarity with AI technologies for process automation., Knowledge of finance processes and SAP systems., Strong analytical and process mapping capabilities., Basic project management and documentation skills., Excellent communication and stakeholder management., Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities., Experience with change management and SDLC., Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC)., GenAI usage for personal productivity., Nice-to-have: Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certifications., Self-directed and innovative mindset., Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
