Must reside in Poland, Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related field, Minimum three (3) years of work experience in designing e-learning content, including interactive modules and video-based training and/or related, Fluency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a global, cross-functional environment, Demonstrated expertise in developing content for a variety of learning modalities (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, remote, and blended learning), Solid understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and industry best practices, Experience in storyboarding, storytelling, and translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and narratives, Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy, Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, eLearning tools, and graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Strong technical and creative writing skills, Strong proficiency in instructional design and authoring tools, video editing tools, visual design tools (e.g., Articulate, Filmora, Camtasia, LMS, and Artificial Intelligence Software), Hospitality industry experience/knowledge, Training and Development background, Additional language proficiency in Spanish, German, French, or Chinese
