Fluent German and good working knowledge of English., Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or technical environments., Experience in aftermarket, consumables, services, or installed-base sales is an advantage., Chemistry or technical background is a plus; full product training will be provided., Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and manage a defined territory., Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills., Results-oriented mindset with a strong customer service ethic.
