We’re in an exciting stage of refining our strategy, improving processes, and improving our customer experience, and we’re looking for a proactive, idea-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Role overview:

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for perfect briefs or step-by-step instructions—someone who sees what’s missing and takes initiative. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, love experimenting with ideas, and understand what actually drives customer purchase decisions.

You will help shape our campaigns, offers, bundles, and product concepts through creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our audience.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Promotions & Offers

• Plan strategic offers, bundles, discounts, and homepage/landing page updates.

• Propose conversion-focused bundling or upsell opportunities.

• Develop creative offers and promotional campaigns. (We have an email team that is responsible for email performance, but our marketing team supports the email team with campaign ideas, offer ideas, etc. )

• Build campaign calendars around launches, seasonal events, product drops, and customer needs.

• Suggest new product bundles, themed collections, or offer structures that drive sales.

Customer Psychology & Segmentation

• Understand and utilize customer psychology to shape messaging, offers, and campaigns.

• Create and refine detailed customer personas/avatars based on data, behavior, and insights.

• Research market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.

Performance-Driven Marketing

• Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations to increase AOV, conversions, and repeat purchases.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the marketing strategy.

• Manage campaign execution by writing clear briefs, delegating tasks, and ensuring ideas are implemented effectively and on time.

Creative Initiative

• Identify gaps and propose actionable marketing solutions without waiting for direction.

• Bring fresh, strategic ideas that contribute to overall business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive, self-driven marketer with a strong sense of ownership.

• Deep understanding of customer psychology, segmentation, and audience insights.

• Ability to create customer avatars and build campaigns around them.

• Experience with email e-commerce promotions and performance/sales-based thinking.

• Creative mindset combined with commercial focus.

• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, spiritual,or aesthetic brands is a plus (but not required).
