We are seeking a highly efficient, performance-aware In-House Graphic Designer to join our newly established internal creative hub. Reporting to the Content/Creative Director, you will be the engine for producing high-volume, high-quality static and display assets primarily for our critical Performance Marketing channel, but also supporting email and website redesigns, as well as various other business assets (sales decks, social assets etc.). This role requires technical proficiency, speed, and a direct-response mindset, moving away from reliance on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Creative Execution: Produce a high volume of static, banner, and display ad creatives optimized for A/B testing across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Collaboration and Ideation: Work closely with the Head of Growth and Creative Lead to understand ad performance data and iterate rapidly on winning and losing creative concepts.

  • Email and Website Design Support: Design clean, aesthetically premium graphics, banners, and layout elements for Email Marketing campaigns and Website A/B tests, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Creative Production Workflow: Adhere to a quick-turnaround production schedule and manage asset delivery efficiently, ensuring files meet all platform specifications and quality checks.

  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all design assets consistently adhere to the luxury tech brand's visual identity, aesthetic standards, and guidelines.

  • Asset Management: Assist the Creative Director in organizing and maintaining the central library of creative assets, photography, and brand templates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion dedicated to performance-driven digital advertising and eCommerce assets.

  • Portfolio must clearly demonstrate experience designing high-impact direct-response ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions, not just brand awareness.

  • Strong understanding of design principles for web and mobile (responsive design, file optimization).

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, iterative design environment where daily creative feedback is common.

Technology & Creative Proficiency (Essential Skills)

  • Design Software Mastery: Expert proficiency required in the Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent professional design platform for high-quality static asset creation and manipulation.

  • Performance Creative Focus: Demonstrated understanding of the technical specifications and file optimization required for digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Display Network (e.g., file sizes, aspect ratios, safe zones).

  • Web & Email Integration: Working knowledge of design principles for digital assets used in Shopify (web banners, product imagery) and Klaviyo/Omnisend (or similar email marketing platforms) to ensure designs are responsive and load quickly.

  • Rapid Iteration & Workflow: Proficiency in version control and project management software (e.g. Frame.io ) to manage a high volume of creative requests and iterative feedback cycles.

  • A/B Testing Visualization: Ability to rapidly generate creative variants for A/B testing (e.g., changes to hooks, color, copy placement) based on analytical direction from the Head of Growth, demonstrating an understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles in design.

Candidate Profile

  • You are fast, efficient, and reliable in delivering polished final assets under tight deadlines.

  • You are comfortable having your creative work judged by performance data (ROAS, CTR, etc.) and not just aesthetic appeal.

  • You thrive in a remote setting and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Creative, Growth, Email).

  • Your are a pro-active communicator, that can work cross department and convey marketing concepts in a structured way to ensure wider team buy in.

  • You apply a first principles approach to learning, looking at problems logically even when data is unclear and dynamic
