Position overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Compleat Integration Specialist to configure, maintain, and optimize Compleat rules and workflows while ensuring smooth integration with Concur Expense and Invoice systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Compleat rules & workflow branching
• Work with engineering teams to map Concur data into external systems
• Troubleshoot rule failures and audit inconsistencies
• Support UAT & regression testing
• Manage DEV/TEST/PROD promotion of rules
• Guide stakeholders on Concur best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration of Compleat rules, validations, and audit workflows
• Concur Expense & Invoice administration
• Experience with Concur data extracts, SFTP, APIs, or ICS integration
• Ability to translate T&E policy into rule logic
• Experience supporting global deployments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
