Your New Role

  • Prospect and close service maintenance agreements, emergency repair contracts, and HVAC retrofit projects

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and energy audits to closing the deal

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in commercial and light-industrial facilities

  • Present digital proposals focused on ROI (energy savings, uptime, and compliance)

  • Sell into facilities ranging from 5,000 to over 1 million square feet

  • Collaborate closely with internal service technicians and project managers to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • This role is based in Maryland, serving the Baltimore-Washington Metro area

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC sales experience

  • Proven track record in closing service agreements, repairs, and retrofit projects

  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and their applications

  • Comfortable with prospecting and managing a full sales cycle

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver’s license
