About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Catalogue / Service Request Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow. This role requires excellent understanding of catalogue item configuration, best practices, and the ability to independently manage tasks in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for designing and building high-quality catalogue items, forms, workflows, and flows - ensuring usability, clarity, and smooth operational performance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Designing and creating new ServiceNow forms, workflows, and flows, including option-based forms
  • Configuring catalogue items, variables, approvals, and related logic
  • Troubleshooting and resolving catalogue-related issues
  • Ensuring high-quality presentation (user-friendly descriptions, adding images, clear formatting)
  • Managing your workload independently and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and finalize requirements
