A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning to lead enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness initiatives. The Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, execution, and evaluation of organization-wide training and development programs
  • Assessing company-wide learning needs and aligning training strategy with short- and long-term organizational goals
  • Overseeing instructional design, delivery, and evaluation across classroom, virtual, and e-learning modalities
  • Managing vendor partnerships and external training resources to enhance internal capabilities
  • Partnering with executive and departmental leaders to support performance management and workforce development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience leading training or organizational development functions
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing large teams
