Fluent Polish language for efficient communication on site and English at a communicative level, Minimum 3 years of experience in the health and safety department (preferably in a production environment)., Education in health and safety as required by Polish law and knowledge of HSE regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)., Ability to work in a team and with individuals at various levels within the matrix organization., Independence in initiating actions, making decisions, and overcoming problems., Willingness to travel for business (approximately 15% annually)., Experience with electrical safety and/or machine safety nice to have.
