University degree or technical training in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Psychology or related fields., 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within shared services environments or complex organizational structures., Strong analytical skills and database management experience., Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access and Word., Previous experience using Oracle or similar., Basic knowledge of recruitment processes., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Achieving hiring goals efficiently., Objectively evaluating profiles and information., Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously., Fluency in Spanish and English.
