University degree or Equivalent, Post Graduate HR Qualification preferred, In-depth generalist experience with good knowledge of operational HR processes., Experience in leading and implementing HR change processes (Organisation Design and Selection, HR Information Systems implementation, reorganisation), Significant experience in HR Management roles, leading teams, and has operated in a manufacturing/engineering environment with a large direct workforce., Transformation and cultural change experience is preferable, Ability to drive and facilitate a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, Strong Commercial Acumen, A practical and pragmatic problem solver with an innate ability to think strategically. Possess a willingness to challenge and value diverse perspectives., Good knowledge of labour legislation., Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with further languages preferred.
