Your tasks

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
• Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes
• Support managers and employees with high service orientation and professionalism
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, digitalisation, and organisational development

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll preparation, or similar HR role
• Experience with HRIS / HR tools and solid understanding of labour law and HR processes
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
• Fluency in German and English language
