Zakres obowiązków Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices. Support recruitment activities for the SSC, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and internal HR standards. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment during the SSC setup phase. Partner with managers on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with corporate strategy. Wymagania Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance. Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English and Polish is required.
