Zakres obowiązków Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies. Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in Orzesze. Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Foster employee engagement and oversee the implementation of training and development programmes. Wymagania A successful HR Business Partner should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR systems and software. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in Polish and English.
