Group and Event Sales Specialist / Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. Sprzedaży Imprez Grupowych

Your main tasks

• Selling of conference and banquet events as well as groups with accommodation.
• Pro-active approach in setting own initiatives to achieve Group and Banquet sales goals
• Promote and sell all the F&B outlets of the Hotel for private social events like weddings, communions, or engagement parties.
• Promote and sell the brand-new Sheraton Health Club
• Ensuring high quality of guest customer service in accordance with the applicable Marriott International and Sheraton Grand Krakow hotel standards.
• Creating and maintaining commercial relationships with customers and colleagues from other departments.
• Clear communication to customers and internal colleagues by creating internal BEO documents.

The person we are looking for:

• You have at least 1 year experience in working in the Sales, Reception or Events Department.
• You gain experience in using Opera PMS and S&C CRM system.
• You have experience and knowledge about the Polish and/or international hospitality industry.
• You love interacting with people and building rapport with them.
• You have highly developed interpersonal skills.
• You are open to change and love working as part of a high motivated driven team
• You are an enthusiastic person who is driven and committed to your personal goals.
• You have a very good knowledge of Polish and English
• You know how to master Microsoft package and any other mostly used computer apps
• You like to work independently in a good, organized manner.
