Your responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities in engineering-related sectors (Automotive, Bus & Truck, Rail, Energy, etc.) and developing strategies to expand our client base;
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored, innovative solutions;
  • Acting as the primary commercial and technical contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives;
  • Conducting competitor and market analyses to anticipate industry trends and maintain a competitive edge;
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s sustainable growth and success.

Our requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business assignments;
  • Solid knowledge of the engineering industry and market dynamics;
  • Previous experience in other sectors (e.g., Energy, Oil & Gas) will be considered an asset;
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and business development;
  • Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and initiative;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and drive for results;
  • Ability to challenge clients constructively and provide solution-focused recommendations.
