Your TasksFunctional and disciplinary leadership of a regional Finance Services functionAccountability for 5 European Distribution Centers (DC), especially with regardsMonthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP, including taxesDaily supervision of accounting processes (RTR, Tax, OTC, PTP), providing active operational support on key issues and monitoring relevant KPIsActing as a business partner for statutory obligations, including:Coordination with tax advisors, esp. regarding CIT, VATCoordination with auditors regarding statutory financial statementDriving operational performance through KPIsInitiating and following up on harmonization, standardization, and optimization initiativesMaintaining a robust backup structure and effective knowledge managementYour ProfileUniversity degree in Business AdministrationMinimum 3-4 years of experience working as a Team Leader in the RTR department within SSC/BPO structuresExperience in handling taxes, esp. VAT and CITExperience in OTC/PTP departments will be an additional assetKnowledge of international accounting standards and experience in handling tax advisors and auditorsBroad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in financial systems (SAP FI/CO)English is the daily business language
