At least 8 years experience in a Shared Services finance and accounting environment, of which 3 years in a GL/R2R Team Lead position, Master's Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, Chartered Accountant certification and US GAAP experience is a plus, SAP Finance experience, Good command of Excel, Experience leading teams (5+ employees) and growing their talent, Knowledge of Finance in general and General Ledger in particular, Practical experience managing operations' performance (SLAs, KPIs), Continues Improvement mindset and practical experience in processes optimization, Hands-on experience of Shared Services transition a plus, Fluent in English and Polish, other foreign languages would be nice to have, Practical knowledge of internal controls (SOX) a plus, Availability to travel occasionally
