You will work close to the product, owning features end-to-end and actively contributing to initiatives focused on user activation, retention, and engagement.About the ProjectThe project is a consumer-facing mobile application operating in the travel and entertainment space, designed for a broad, international user base. The product emphasizes discovery, engagement, and repeat usage, with a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven product decisions.The team operates in a lean, startup-style environment, prioritizing fast iteration, measurable impact, and close collaboration between engineering, product, and design.ResponsibilitiesBuild and iterate on mobile features using React Native and TypeScriptOwn implementation of growth experiments (A/B tests, UX iterations, feature rollouts)Collaborate closely with product and design on hypothesis-driven developmentAnalyze product and user data to inform technical and product decisionsEnsure high performance, stability, and quality of the mobile app in productionTake part in release cycles for iOS and Android (builds, CI/CD, store releases)Proactively identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion flows(Optional) Support analytics, tracking, or lightweight backend integrationsRequirements3+ years of commercial experience building production mobile applicationsStrong hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScriptProven experience working on consumer-facing or product-led applicationsSolid understanding of mobile performance, app lifecycle, and debuggingExperience collaborating closely with product managers and designersAbility to independently own features from idea to productionStrong product intuition and interest in growth, experimentation, and metricsVery good command of English (written and spoken)Nice to haveExperience with A/B testing, feature flagging, or experimentation toolsFamiliarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, Amplitude, similar)Experience working in startups or small, fast-moving product teamsBasic backend or API integration experienceWhat’s OfferedPart-time engagement with flexible working hoursFully remote collaboration with an international, product-oriented teamMonthly budget: $1,500 – $2,000 USD, depending on experience and availabilityHigh ownership and real influence on product and growth outcomesLong-term cooperation potential
