Position Title: Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter

Hours: (Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p)

Compensation: Salary + Uncapped commission (Salary Depends upon experience)

About the Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter:

This role is designed for experienced Full-des Direct Hire recruiters who want full ownership of their desk and full control over their earning potential.

We are seeking a Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter to run a 360-recruiting desk with a split focus on business development and recruiting execution. You will be responsible for bringing in new client relationships, managing those accounts, and delivering top talent through direct hire placements. Commission is earned on both new business development and recruiting placements, rewarding performance on every side of the process.

Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Client Growth:

• Build and grow a personal book of business through proactive prospecting and relationship development
• Identify and engage decision makers through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Position A Line Staffing Solutions as a trusted hiring partner
• Lead client conversations from initial discovery through contract execution
• Manage and grow existing client relationships you bring on
• Own client satisfaction, delivery quality, and long term account growth

Direct Hire\Permanent Placement Recruiting:

• Execute full cycle direct hire recruiting from intake through placement
• Source, screen, and interview high caliber candidates across multiple channels
• Present qualified shortlists aligned to client expectations and timelines
• Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and close candidates successfully
• Deliver a best in class candidate experience while driving high fill rates
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within the ATS
• Stay current on market trends, compensation data, and competitive intelligence

Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter Qualifications:

• Proven experience in direct hire recruiting, staffing, or full cycle recruiting
• Demonstrated success in business development or managing a recruiting desk
• Strong track record of placements and revenue generation
• Comfortable owning both client acquisition and recruiting delivery
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results driven
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a high volume, performance based environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Professional presence and relationship driven mindset
