About the roleThis is a freelance, on-demand role focused on designing and delivering tools for internal Business Intelligence and Operations.You’ll work directly with the Operations Director, who will define the business need. Your job will be to translate that into clean structures, working dashboards, and automated workflows — and then hand them over for internal maintenance.You won’t be involved in day-to-day operations or ongoing upkeep; instead, you’ll support us through discrete, well-scoped assignments requiring precision, data security, and technical autonomy.Use of AI to speed up development (e.g., for scripts, transformations, documentation) is welcome but not required.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build operational dashboards (Looker Studio / G-Suite ecosystem)Structure data sources for reporting (Sheets models, imports, transformations)Create lightweight automations using AppScript, Google Workspace integrations, Zapier, and similar toolsSupport integrations between tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace; nice to have: Productive)Prepare clear documentation to hand over solutions to internal teamsEnsure high standards of data security, access control, and complianceProvide technical consultation on best practices in data architecture and BI toolingRequirementsStrong experience with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets (advanced formulas, queries, pivots) and AppScriptProficiency in building dashboards in Looker StudioExperience with automation platforms (Zapier or equivalents)Ability to independently translate business needs into working data/dashboards/automationsExperience integrating SaaS tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, etc.)Strong sense of data privacy, security, and complianceExcellent organisational skills and reliability in remote/async collaborationVery good English (spoken and written)Nice to have:Experience with ProductiveFamiliarity with BI pipelines, data modelling, or more advanced analyticsAbility to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and documentationWhat we offerFully remote, flexible hourly freelance collaborationClear, well-defined assignments with fast decision cyclesWork inside a modern digital organisation with a clean cloud-based stackDirect collaboration with senior leadership (Operations Director)A transparent, respectful, security-first working environmentOpportunity to influence how our internal BI and operational tooling evolvesWho are we?Flying Bisons is a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company based in the heart of Europe, Warsaw.
