Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar position, Strong understanding of embedded CPU architectures (ARM v8/v9 preferred), Knowledge of low-level hardware systems (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/DDR5), Experience with firmware and bootloader development under Linux, Familiarity with networking protocols and system initialization flows, Solid debugging and root-cause analysis skills using hardware tools and software debuggers, Experience with C programming for embedded or bare-metal systems, Good knowledge of spoken and written English (everyday communication), Self-motivated and eager to work on hardware–software integration, Residing in Poland required
