Degree in Finance, Accounting, (or similar), ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or close to qualification with strong, relevant experience, 8+ years in financial reporting / accounting processes, ideally in a regulated environment, Proven track record delivering finance system/data changes (upgrades, migrations, process redesign, reporting transformations), Solid understanding of data governance and control frameworks (ownership, reconciliations, auditability, quality checks), Hands-on exposure to finance/reporting ecosystems (e.g., Oracle, Tagetik, SAP BusinessObjects or comparable tools), Comfortable running UAT end-to-end and producing clear, structured documentation, Strong stakeholder skills across Finance, Actuarial, IT and vendors, Fluent English (spoken & written), Proactive, detail-focused, adaptable in a multi-priority environment
