1+ years of experience in system support, IT helpdesk, finance operations, or a similar role, Basic to intermediate SQL skills (reading and writing simple queries), Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA), Excellent communication skills in English, Good knowledge of Excel, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure, Willingness to support critical issues outside standard working hours when required, Experience in finance, banking, trading, or reconciliation processes is a strong plus
