Min. 3 years of experience in financial analysis, finance business partnering, or related fields., Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry., Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field., Accounting or finance certifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) in progress or completed are a strong plus., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI or similar data visualization tools nice to have)., Advanced English proficiency enabling fluent communication in speaking and writing., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights., Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and business processes., Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner., Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
