A business degree or equivalent education in finance with focus on controlling or accounting., 7 years of professional and 5 years of leadership experience in an international matrix organization; in commercial durable businesses, e.g. power tools, construction or material handling equipment, industrial vehicles, building material, outdoor and gardening devices, etc., Successful track record in a sales & service subsidiary of a global corporate as well as strong sales and business controlling skills; Sound knowledge of local and international standards in accounting and controlling, tax, treasury, cash-flow, financial planning, risk management., Solid track record in project management and SAP environments., Understanding the key drivers of a dynamic market, with Customer Centricity: commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the trends and the needs of both operations and management., A systematic, structured and reliable way of working combined with a hands-on approach., A coaching leadership style marked by empathy and strong communication skills, geared towards top team performance., Strong command of Polish and English (written and orally).
