Previous experience in service or technical support, ideally in a similar role within the Life Science industry (or experience working with scientific instrumentation)., Very good command of English (spoken and written)., Technical or scientific background (degree or education) in electronics, biotechnology, or related life sciences, with good understanding of laboratory or analytical equipment., Experience working with automation systems will be considered a strong advantage., Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers., Valid driving license., Willingness to travel between major cities across Poland from Monday to Friday.
