Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, Histology, or a related Life Sciences discipline., Proven laboratory experience in histopathology or related life sciences fields., Strong expertise in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques and advanced staining workflows., Excellent communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations and training sessions., Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions for customers., Fluent in Polish and English., Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays, primarily within Poland and occasionally to other European countries or beyond., Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record., Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical support, applications consulting, or training., Solid understanding of diagnostic processes and clinical applications in pathology., Advanced certifications in histopathology or IHC are a plus.
