Master’s degree in Engineering, Minimum 5-8 years of relevant product-design or materials engineering experience (minimum 3+ years specific relevant experience), Good knowledge of metallic materials, High level of knowledge of engineering practices, design methods and calculations. Applying fundamentals of safety, Good knowledge in engineering processes. Experienced in execution of the engineering processes in work, Basic knowledge of Geometrical Tolerances (GPS and GD&T), Good knowledge of drafting and relevant tools (NX, AutoCAD, etc), Planning, organizational and problem-solving skills, Skilled in relevant engineering tools (e.g., Mathcad, Teamcenter, SAP), Operational level of knowledge* in identifying risk and risk related scenarios, supporting risk assessment and implementation of identified gaps from industry standards and client specifications technical specification, Operational level of knowledge* of relevant codes and standards related to fasteners and bolted connections, Knowledge and experience in implementation of lean tools, philosophies, and practices, Pro-active attitude and flexible mindset, High personal and professional integrity aligned with Company Values, Able to communicate effectively organizational issues at all levels, Able to mentor individuals and teams from diverse professional background, Able to meet deadlines and manage priorities, Able to work from our Krakow's office min. 4 days per week
