Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance, Have 6-7 years of experience in IT Procurement area and preferably in an international financial services provider organization, Are experienced subject matter expert in strategic sourcing and category management in IT Procurement in at least one of the domains of Software and SaaS, Hardware (Servers, Storage, Workplaces, Network, Data Centre equipment) and IT Services, Have strong negotiation skills based on data and facts,, You have experience in establishing global purchasing agreements directly with the IT suppliers (not via resellers) – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating,, Have an ability to build strong relationships with procurement and business stakeholders,, Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,, Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,, Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks, Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1), Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred, Certifications like CIPS or Nevi, Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, EBA, GDPR) or Financial industry, Managed global sourcing projects in/for large international organizations, Expertise in complex contracting with large software vendors or core banking software suppliers
