You will drive customer-centric product upgrades, regulatory controls, and functional releases on strategic ETD execution platforms, directly supporting revenue growth and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to shape industry-leading solutions and accelerate your career in a dynamic environment.Your main responsibilities:Lead the product development lifecycle by collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver platform upgrades and regulatory enhancements.Partner with front-to-back process owners to ensure functional requirements align and deliver seamless operational execution.Drive the IT development schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and releases.Document, track, and report on product launches, upgrade plans, and regulatory changes on a weekly basis.Design and oversee the operating model for each release, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.Ensure processes are well documented and controls are in place to meet compliance and regulatory standards.You're ideal for this role if you have:At least 5 years of experience in ETD or derivatives product development within investment banking or financial services.Strong knowledge of ETD execution, algo trading, and industry-standard IT systems such as TT, UL, etc.Proven experience managing IT delivery projects and developing operating models for complex financial products.Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams.Excellent business analysis, planning, and communication skills.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience in exchange-traded derivatives workflows and trade lifecycle management.Participation in industry or vendor forums related to derivatives.Certifications or additional language skills.Eligibility to work in the European Union:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
