The XTB Technology and Product Department consists of several hundred specialists working in multidisciplinary product-engineering teams responsible for the key pillars of our investment application.

About the role

In this role, you will lead the Technology side of the Trading domain covering Stocks, CFDs, and Options - products used daily by clients across multiple markets and platforms - helping shape both the technical direction and delivery of our core trading capabilities.
We organize delivery around product domains. The Stocks, CFDs, and Options domain is led on the product side by a Program Manager and on the technology side by an Engineering Teams Manager. As Engineering Teams Manager, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with proven people-management experience and will be accountable for execution across the domain by directly managing Engineering Team Leaders responsible for 7 cross-functional development teams (engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, analysts, UX, and other specialties as applicable), ensuring consistent delivery, quality, reliability, and alignment with product priorities.
