Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience., 3–5 years of experience managing engineering teams, including cross-functional or distributed teams., Proven track record working in agile / lean environments with a servant leadership approach., Strong people leadership skills – ability to grow, mentor, and motivate engineers., Solid understanding of web system architecture (HTTP, REST APIs, cookies, CDN/caching)., Practical experience with modern web technologies: ElasticSearch, PHP, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js., Good command of English, both written and spoken., Experience with cloud infrastructure cost optimization., Knowledge of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools and practices.
