Your responsibilities will include:· Negotiating and signing energy, gas, and water/sewage contracts to secure the best market conditions,· Coordinating utilities contract arrangements already at the construction stage for all new stores,· Monitoring and analyzing energy and utility consumption across 130+ existing locations and upcoming openings,· Verifying and approving utility invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contracts, and alignment with real consumption,· Managing energy cost optimization initiatives, including contracted power adjustments and tariff optimization,· Maintaining and updating the database of all utilities agreements,· Managing and optimizing the BMS/SCADA system, including failure detection, alarm analysis, and efficiency improvements,· Preparing regular energy usage and cost reports for internal stakeholders,· Monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and tariff updates impacting energy costs,· Support in selected reporting areas depending on business needs,· Providing support to the Facility team in daily operational matters. Requirements:· 2+ years of experience in energy management, utilities, Facility Management or SCADA/BMS operations,· Hands-on experience with BMS/SCADA systems (HVAC, lighting, alarms),· Strong analytical skills and ability to spot energy anomalies quickly,· Experience with utilities invoices (verification, approvals, cost checks),· Good understanding of energy contracts, tariffs, and basic regulations,· Advanced English and fluency in the local language,· Very good organization skills and ability to work independently across many locations,· Proactive problem solver with a cost-optimization mindset,· Confident Office 365 user (especially Excel),· Knowledge of automation/energy regulations in the region is a plus.
