Proven experience in designing native mobile applications and web-based ecommerce stores (preferably with hands-on experience designing for Magento-based platforms) +4 years, Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, user behavior, and conversion-focused design, Readiness to collaborate closely with the development team during implementation, Ability to work independently with a partner-oriented, collaborative approach, Strong communication skills - comfortable working with both non-technical clients and technical delivery teams, Fluent Polish is required (client communication and workshops will be conducted in Polish), Strong English skills (B2 +), Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and experience designing solutions compliant with WCAG guidelines, Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and technologies, Knowledge of Figma, Engaging portfolio, Great communication and collaboration skills, Fluent Polish and Strong English skills at a level that enables fluent communication
