Strong working knowledge of Automotive quality management standards, such as IATF 16949, VDA 6 .1, Core Tools and relevant ISO Standards., Proven experience in quality management systems governance and audit management., Background in the automotive industry and chemical manufacturing is a strong advantage., Demonstrated ability to manage and reduce customer complaints through structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone), with a focus on preventing recurrence and reducing the total cost of quality., Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills for effective interaction with customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders., Strong interest in production processes, operational asset feasibility, and practical implementation of quality requirements., High attention to detail and strong analytical skills., Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple sites and functions., Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
