Director of Sales - Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, and Foodservice

Location: USA

Markets: US, UK, Europe, Middle East

ADF Foods Limited is expanding its Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, Foodservice, and HoReCa business globally, partnering with leading retailers, brands, restaurants, and operators across the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive growth, build strong customer partnerships, and manage cross-functional execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business development and strategy including market segmentation, opportunity mapping, pricing strategy, product direction, customer acquisition and broker/agent management
  • Build and grow new business opportunities, managing accounts from prospecting and first discussion through long-term relationship development
  • Partner closely with R&D, manufacturing, QA, procurement and supply chain teams in India to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Work with the ADF marketing team to develop best in class selling materials and capabilities presentations
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from formulations, costing, packaging specs, artwork, timelines and launch execution
  • Oversee documentation, post-shipment support, technical inquiries and export coordination
  • Own the P&L, including pricing models, MOQs, cost structures and trade budgets
  • Build and lead a small global-facing commercial team as the business scales
  • Lead sales forecasting, reporting and long-range planning

What You Bring

  • Proven experience selling Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, or Foodservice solutions on the manufacturing side (required, experience in 2 or more areas preferred)
  • Experience working directly with retail Private Label teams and understanding category, QA and development processes
  • Strong knowledge of R&D workflows, manufacturing processes, packaging formats and commercialization timelines
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and represent India-based capabilities to global customers
  • Demonstrated success managing pricing, costing and P&L for manufactured food or beverage products
  • Background in food & beverage, CPG or related sectors preferred
  • Working knowledge of Foodservice/HoReCa requirements is a plus, but not the core focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
