About The Role
The Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for maximizing the value of Workday and our HR technology ecosystem. This role ensures seamless system functionality, data integrity, analytics capability, and optimized processes that elevate the Playmaker experience and support enterprise growth. You’ll spearhead HR digital transformation while guiding teams, influencing strategy, and bridging business needs with technology solutions.
