A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, communications, or a related field., 2–3 years of experience in digital platform administration, digital marketing tools management, or similar role., Hands-on experience with the management of SaaS platforms in combination with a strong technical ability to quickly learn new digital tools., Experience working alongside application managers or IT service teams., Familiarity with IT governance, user access management, and vendor coordination., Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., Experience delivering training, onboarding, or workshops., Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tools and priorities.
