Title: Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist II

Pay Rate: $38.19/hr

Location: Irvine, CA (4-days onsite, 1-day remote hybrid schedule)

Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to 1099, C2C, or 3rd party candidates

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support global digital marketing initiatives. In addition, this role will also support broader digital marketing activities, such as designing new web pages to support product launches and campaigns, performing keyword research for SEO and SEM, and creating other digital content assets for social channels. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and approaches challenges with enthusiasm and initiative. You’ll work alongside global and regional marketing teams, contributing to diverse projects and expanding your expertise across the digital marketing landscape.

Position Responsibilities:

· Create new and updated page layouts and visual mockups in Figma that align with brand guidelines to support product launches and sustaining campaigns

· Prepare design specifications and assets for handoff to the web authoring team

· Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and deliver a consistent global user experience across multiple screen ratios

· Conduct keyword research to optimize digital content for SEO/GEO and SEM

· Monitor and report on SEM campaigns, providing insights for regional marketers and global marketing teams

· Assist in the creation of other digital content, social media reels, banners, etc.

· Follow-up on ticket progress and communicate status updates to maintain timelines

· Handle other incidental duties, as required

Position Qualifications:

· 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing

· Proficiency in website design, management, and/or content management, including working with web CMS, HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and SEM campaigns

· Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create content and to direct agencies on more complex deliverables

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data

· Adaptability to new technologies, digital platforms, social media channels, and tools

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Experience in the Medical Devices/Pharma industry, or Technology/Manufacturing/Industrial industries with a B2B focus, preferred

· Experience in highly regulated industries (medtech, healthcare, financial services, etc.) preferred

· Ability to tailor designs to the nuances of digital channels preferred

· Confidence in being a digital brand steward within a large organization preferred

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
