3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or financial services, Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter, Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (Google DV360 or similar), Strong PPC campaign management skills (Google Ads), Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar), Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation, Website editing experience using CMS platforms, Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies, Results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving KPIs, Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance data clearly
