6+ years of practical and international experience in Finance Transformation programs execution for large scale organizations, including best in class process design, technology, and automation implementation, Previous experience in Consulting preferred, Project management experience a strong plus, Exposure to the following areas in Record-to Report: Financial Accounting, Finance Process Optimization, Month End Closing, Financial Reporting, COA Design, Financial Master Data. Ability to lead Client conversations in those areas, Knowledge of F&A specific technology, i.e.: ERPs (e.g., SAP S 4/Hana FI, CO, Closing Cockpit, SAP Central Finance) and other enabling technologies (e.g., BlackLine, Workiva, RPA, workflows, process mining, etc.), Business acumen, good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and key performance indicators in the CFO organization, Ability and experience in working with mid-senior to senior stakeholders, Understanding of consulting work environment, supported by practical experience working in Finance Transformation projects, Master’s degree, Excellent English (written & spoken) is a must
